1. The request for return or exchange must be made within three days from the date of receipt.
2. The return or exchange request must be submitted by contacting the company representative at WhatsApp (...) or by sending a message via the email address [email protected].
3. The customer shall bear the value of the shipping fees for the process of requesting a return or exchange.
4. Since the store's products are food, they are not accepted for return or exchange if they have been opened or exposed to air or moisture. (Or it was damaged or water, whether from the inside or outside)
5. After accepting the return request, the request will be processed within 10 working days.
6. In case of replacement, the customer must pay the value of the difference between the original product and the replaced product of another type.
7. In the event that the customer wishes to return a product within a promotional offer, the customer must return all other items that were sold with the promotional product.
